All Rounder / Supervisor - Exciting New Venue!!

Start: ASAP Where: Paddington, QLD Type: Part time / casual Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a team of talented hospitality professionals to join our small close knit team at our new vibrant, modern Italian restaurant in Paddington set to open late May/early June. We are looking for an experienced All Rounder / Supervisor urgently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in hospitality with supervising, cocktail making and waiting tables experience, is interested in growing their career in hospitality and can work the below shifts.

  • Tuesday - Sundays - 5pm - 9.30pm
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday - lunch
  • Approx 30 hours / week

Duties:

  • Assist with Bar and Floor duties: Taking Orders, Making Cocktails, Serving Food and Drinks, Processiing Payments
  • Supervise, Lead and Motivate the team

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a management role
  • A high standard of customer service skills
  • Dedicated to motivate, mentor and train staff
  • Possess excellent leadership and team player qualities
  • Exceptional time management for split work shift
  • Work well under pressure
